Cut out the templates for the face, legs and arms from the nude felt.
Create the dress and the socks out of the light blue felt, the hair out of the yellow felt and the shoes as well as the star for the hair out of the dark blue felt.

Basic materials:
Nail scissors, sharp household scissors, fabric scissors, ruler, pencil in various strengths, eraser, transparent paper to copy the templates, stable cardboard to create the patterns

• White felt meter wares, 45 x 50 cm
• Felt: light blue, azure blue, dark blue, yellow, corn, nude
• Gold Marabou-Do It-Bronze Spray
• Cardboard, 1.5 mm thick
• Dark blue satin ribbon, 3 mm wide, 7 m long
• Gold sewing thread, sewing needle
• 24 hollow rings, 16 mm diameter
• Two-sided adhesive foil
• Fabric glue, cutter
  
  
  

1. Spray the hollow rings from both sides with gold. Copy the templates for the clouds and wings onto the white felt, cutting them out (templates 9a-9b).
2. Cut out the templates for the face, legs and arms from the nude felt (templates 9c-9d). Create the dress and socks out of the light blue felt, the hair out of the yellow felt and the shoes as well as the star for the hair out of the dark blue felt (templates 9h-9n).
3. Glue together the angelic figures, attaching the arms and legs a few millimeters below the dress. Continue by gluing the shoes onto the socks and then gluing them onto the legs. Fasten the hair onto the face and afterwards, the head onto the dress. Attach the wings and color the face.
4. Place the angel onto the cloud, gluing it securely.  Cut out the three bells in various yellow tones, gluing them on as well (template 9o). Continue this method with the yellow and azure blue stars, varying the numbers (templates 9p-9r).
5. Cut out three blue strips of felt (0.8 x 25 cm), tying them into a bow and gluing them above the bells. Slant the ends of the bows. Sew the polished rings onto the lower part of the cloud. Pull the two-sided adhesive foil over the cardboard, pasting the cloud with the angel onto it and pressing it until secure. Trim the outlines with the cutter.
6. Create a pattern of 14 x 9.5 cm for the bags as well as cutting out a rectangle in various shades of blue. Fold this in the middle, gluing it together with the fabric glue. Cut out 23 stars, numbering them with the fabric marker and fixating them to the bags (templates 9p, 9r).
7. Cut out a rectangle of 18 x 15 cm for the “24” and create a bag as described previously. Decorate it with a yellow star (template 9s). After filling up the bags, close them with a stain ribbon and hang them onto the rings. Drill a hole into the upper edge of the clouds and pull a dark blue satin ribbon through it for the hanger.
